Privacy Policy
Last updated 23 September 2026
This policy explains what OBSCVRA ("we", "us") collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who we are
OBSCVRA is a digital studio that designs and builds websites. You can reach us at our contact email with any question about this policy, including a request to see or delete your data.
What we collect
We collect information in exactly two ways:
- The enquiry form. When you submit it, we receive the name, email address, current website URL, project type, package and message you typed. Nothing else is added.
- Standard server logs. Our hosting provider records ordinary technical data for every visitor — IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request — which is used to keep the site running and secure.
We do not run advertising trackers, we do not build profiles, and we do not buy or sell contact lists.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
How we use it
Form submissions are used to reply to you, prepare a proposal or website review you asked for, and keep a record of the conversation. We do not send marketing emails to people who have not asked for them.
Who else sees it
Three service providers necessarily process data when you use this site:
- Formspree delivers the enquiry form to our inbox. Your submission passes through and is stored on their servers. See Formspree's privacy policy.
- Our hosting provider, which serves these pages and keeps the server logs described above.
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr, which serve the typefaces and JavaScript libraries the page loads. Your browser's request to them reveals your IP address to those services.
Beyond these, we share your information with no one, except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation where it left off, then deleted. Ask us sooner and we will delete yours on request.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email our contact email and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in a region with statutory data rights — for example the EEA, the UK or California — those rights apply, and this is how you exercise them.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so please do not send confidential material through the enquiry form.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
